Join us for an exquisite dinner under the stars at Foxglove Farm on September 19th – Limited seating!

Hello Community Park supporters! Just a quick update about our amazing dinner/fundraiser on Sept 19th, just 2 weeks away!

This invitation entitles you to special Advanced Seating before this goes out to the general public later this week. Please RSVP to ensure your seats at this incomparable farm-to-table adventure.

Our hosts, Michael Ableman and Jeanne-Marie Herman are already collaborating with THREE renowned chefs who are working together to prepare our fantastic dinner:

  • Dave Gunawan – VANCOUVER (Ubuntu Canteen)
  • Melanie Witt & Jesse McCleery – GALIANO (Pligrimme)
  • Maxime Durand – VICTORIA (Eva Schnitzelhaus, formerly Agrius)

…and now we’ve added a FOURTH chef whose work many of you probably know: Haidee Hart of The Woodshed will be preparing our exclusive desserts!

And the theme of collaboration continues with the creation of a ONE-OF-A-KIND art piece for our auction! Renowned Gulf Islands ceramic artists Julie MacKinnon  (@juliemackinnonceramics on Instagram) and Ceilidh Divers (@moonchildpottery), will work together to create a unique ceramic celebration of Hwmet’utsum (Mount Maxwell), where our Community Park will be located!

Collaboration is what gets things done on Salt Spring Island and the Salt Spring Community Park is supported by one of the broadest coalitions ever in our community. We’re all in this together, for our children, for our future. There is limited seating for this special event, so buy your tickets now and join us for delicious food and drink, great speakers and one-of-a-kind art and experiences!

Seating is limited. Purchase tickets to save your spot.
